Narrative:

While doing NDB approach into fay, tuned and idented station. Did procedure turn and executed approach. Just prior to time, ATC told us that we were off course and asked us if we were correcting. Then they asked us to go around. We were 1 mi east of course. Our instruments, both my first officer's and mine, showed us to be on the inbound course. I was not identing the station throughout the entire approach and when we punched back in, noted no identify. To prevent this, I should have idented the station throughout the entire approach.
