Upon initial takeoff roll; first officer (first officer) as pm (pilot monitoring) noted brake sys fault 1 ECAM; low speed rejected takeoff performed. Taxied clear of runway to holding area and contacted maintenance for action. Performed actions per maintenance. Normal operation restored. Obtained new maintenance release. Completed checklists and flight was resumed.
