Narrative:
Brussels called dispatch to notify of an error while deicing. Apparently the deicing crew used only hot water on the right hand wing and forgot to use de/anti-icing fluid as they are supposed to do. No precipitation was reported at the time of departure and the flight took off without incident.

Title: The EBBR deicing crew did not use de/anti-icing fluid on one wing of the aircraft.
Narrative: Brussels called dispatch to notify of an error while deicing.
