Deiced per operations manual; taxied for take off; received clearance for takeoff and taxied onto runway 10L when the tower advised that other aircraft had seen ice and snow on the tail of our aircraft. Taxied back to gate and found reports to be true. We deiced and anti-iced and then departed.

Title: A commuter jet flight crew returned to the gate for additional de/anti-icing when advised by other flight crews there was still ice and snow on their tail.
