Narrative:
While on the ILS 11 approach into sbp I deviated from both the localizer and glide slope. At one point I was low enough on the glide slope that I was advised by the control tower that I set off a low altitude alert. I corrected and landed uneventfully. I was distracted by a passenger which was a contributing factor.
