Narrative:
The part 135 rules are confusing! Did not now that at a VFR, uncontrolled field you cannot depart under IFR if there is no approach into that field. I did so. This was purely unintentional. There are hundreds of part 135 pilots who err everyday due to misconceptions of far's!!!

Title: PLT CONFESSES TO TKOF FROM A VFR UNCONTROLLED ARPT UNDER IFR. THERE IS NO PUBLISHED APCH PROC FOR THAT ARPT.
Narrative: THE PART 135 RULES ARE CONFUSING! DID NOT NOW THAT AT A VFR, UNCONTROLLED FIELD YOU CANNOT DEPART UNDER IFR IF THERE IS NO APCH INTO THAT FIELD. I DID SO. THIS WAS PURELY UNINTENTIONAL. THERE ARE HUNDREDS OF PART 135 PLTS WHO ERR EVERYDAY DUE TO MISCONCEPTIONS OF FAR'S!!!
