Narrative:
Small aircraft X contacted ATC at 19 DME southwest of denver at 10,500 MSL, was told to descend to 7500, northbound to 48V. Requested and received clearance to proceed via I-25 corridor to minimize turbulence near mountains. Controller advised there would be traffic, large transport Y, leaving denver 180 degree heading. He would 'jump' me. No further traffic advisory was given. Moments later, large jet appeared at approximately 1 O'clock position, and made a climbing right turn ahead and above our flight path. I feel this was not sufficient separation between heavy and light aircraft in TCA. Controller should have advised us of jet's position and flight path. I do not know if jet was told of our presence. Strong northwest flow could have caused less climb over distance for jet than controller estimated.

Title: AIRBORNE CONFLICT BETWEEN SMA X AND LGT Y IN TCA.
Narrative: SMA X CONTACTED ATC AT 19 DME SW OF DENVER AT 10,500 MSL, WAS TOLD TO DSND TO 7500, NBOUND TO 48V. REQUESTED AND RECEIVED CLRNC TO PROCEED VIA I-25 CORRIDOR TO MINIMIZE TURBULENCE NEAR MOUNTAINS. CTLR ADVISED THERE WOULD BE TFC, LGT Y, LEAVING DENVER 180 DEG HDG. HE WOULD 'JUMP' ME. NO FURTHER TFC ADVISORY WAS GIVEN. MOMENTS LATER, LARGE JET APPEARED AT APPROX 1 O'CLOCK POSITION, AND MADE A CLIMBING RIGHT TURN AHEAD AND ABOVE OUR FLT PATH. I FEEL THIS WAS NOT SUFFICIENT SEPARATION BETWEEN HEAVY AND LIGHT ACFT IN TCA. CTLR SHOULD HAVE ADVISED US OF JET'S POSITION AND FLT PATH. I DO NOT KNOW IF JET WAS TOLD OF OUR PRESENCE. STRONG NW FLOW COULD HAVE CAUSED LESS CLIMB OVER DISTANCE FOR JET THAN CTLR ESTIMATED.
