Narrative:

After landing at anw in 25-35 KT winds (peak gust 37). I turned left onto a taxiway and proceeded toward refueling station. I suppose a sudden wind shift or dust devil caused the tail to rise and the propeller struck the taxiway. Only the propeller tips were damaged. No other damage was located by mechanic. Callback conversation with reporter revealed the following: reporter states 'I thought I was taxiing cautiously, but tail rose before I could realize it and the propellers struck the pavement a lick.'
