Title: ACR MLG FLAP TRACK DAMAGED. FLAPS STOPPED AT 30 DEGREES WHEN SET FOR APCH.
Narrative: TRAILING EDGE STUCK DURING EXTENSION TO 30 DEGS. AFTER PARKING NOTED THAT RIGHT-HAND TRAILING EDGE FLAP TRACK AND FUSELAGE FAIRING WERE DAMAGED.
