Narrative:
While climbing through 15;000 feet the fwd exit door warning illuminated. I directed the first officer to run the appropriate checklist. The checklist for the door also led him to run the unpressurized flight checklist. As soon as I saw the warning light I began to level off and advised ATC of the situation. I then requested a descent and vectors back to [departure airport]. We returned to the field and landed without further incident.
