Narrative:

Just after takeoff I noticed a decreasing oil qty on #2 engine and advised the captain. Oil qty continued decreasing and he requested an immediate return to the field. Oil qty decreased to 0 and oil pressure began fluctuating. The engine was shut down and a single-engine approach made to 36R at mem. After clearing the runway, the tower advised smoke coming from #1 engine. We quizzed the tower to verify it was #1 with smoke. Tower confirmed yes. Fire handle was pulled and just before an evacuate/evacuation the tower said fire personnel at the aircraft advised that the smoke was subsiding and didn't appear to be a threat. The evacuate/evacuation was cancelled and aircraft was towed to gate.
