Narrative:
Microphone ptt switch stuck on while taxiing on active runway to tie-down -- discovered at shutdown. Telex pt-300 ptt switch cracked through wire hole causing button to tilt and wedge in. This is second telex ptt to fail same way in 3 months. Will call telex and ask what's design defect?

Narrative: MIC PTT SWITCH STUCK ON WHILE TAXIING ON ACTIVE RWY TO TIE-DOWN -- DISCOVERED AT SHUTDOWN. TELEX PT-300 PTT SWITCH CRACKED THROUGH WIRE HOLE CAUSING BUTTON TO TILT AND WEDGE IN. THIS IS SECOND TELEX PTT TO FAIL SAME WAY IN 3 MONTHS. WILL CALL TELEX AND ASK WHAT'S DESIGN DEFECT?
