Narrative:

At about 9000' in descent, F/a came to cockpit to request flex cuffs to restrain a female passenger who had become disorderly. She had struck 1 F/a, and threw a bottle of rum, which struck another passenger in the head. Fortunately the #1 F/a was a husky male, and he, with the assistance of other F/a's, managed to restrain the passenger. We were met on arrival by port authority police and medical personnel. There were no apparent serious injuries. I am convinced that with a 2-CREW cockpit we shouldn't get involved in this sort of confrontation, and have to wonder what might have happened had we not had a husky F/a aboard.
