Narrative:
This morning the aircraft had to make an abrupt stop while taxiing to the runway and forced me to fall backwards hitting the metal part of the R2 jump seat. The pilots said a cargo cart crossed their path. They also reported the action. I thought I was ok; but now my back is starting to hurt; even to the touch.

Narrative: This morning the aircraft had to make an abrupt stop while taxiing to the runway and forced me to fall backwards hitting the metal part of the R2 jump seat.
