Narrative:
I was working all csg sectors with light traffic. Small aircraft X was filed vna V323 euf mei and was level at 4000'. He called and inquired about WX ahead and I advised of nothing significant. I noticed that he appeared to be southbound and watched for a few radar sweeps. He should have been heading about 258 degrees (amapo is the changeover from the vna 259 degree right to the euf 077 degree right). I asked his heading and he replied 155 degrees, over 100 degrees off course. I advised him to turn right and the radial to join, and then effected a radar pointout to ZJX, as he had come about 2 mi from their boundary (required sep is 2 1/2 mi).
