Narrative:

Small aircraft X landed runway 31, cleared at taxiway D and never stopped or called ground control. I had a mooney taxiing to runway 31 passing taxiway D. X nearly clipped his wing. I don't think X ever saw the taxiing mooney due to low sunset. Student pilot first solo cross country, based at N47 pottstown, uncontrolled field. I had student call then talked to instructor. Poor training.

Narrative: SMA X LANDED RWY 31, CLRED AT TXWY D AND NEVER STOPPED OR CALLED GND CTL. I HAD A MOONEY TAXIING TO RWY 31 PASSING TXWY D. X NEARLY CLIPPED HIS WING.
