Narrative:
Landing an small transport with convention gear into a light crosswind (5 KTS). At T/D a wind gust caused aircraft to swerve off edge of runway. Go around initiated at swerve, but wheel struck bank along edge of parallel taxiway. Aircraft tipped forward and was damaged. Report filed with NTSB and FAA sacramento FSDO 25 representative on 2/90. Aircraft would have been safely airborne if bank along taxiway was smoothed.
