Narrative:
Wind directly down the runway at about 14 knots. After touchdown a large gust lifted the aircraft airborne again. Wind suddenly dissipated and aircraft settled onto the runway in a nose heavy attitude; causing the nose gear to fail.

Title: A Piper Cherokee pilot reported a nose gear failure when a gust of wind picked up the aircraft and dropped it in a nose down attitude.
