Narrative:
Upon landing the right brake pulled taking us off the runway into the weeds. We got the plane back on the runway & taxied to fuel dump - checking the brakes over & over. After stopping for fuel; I checked all brake lines; the calipers & pads.we started; taxied to the taxi way. We tested the brakes at least 4 full stops. After reaching the taxi way I decided to do a high speed taxi. At 25 or so mph I tested the brakes and the right brake locked up leaving skid marks on the taxi way. The plane went into the weeds continued to turn right & hit a berm. The left main gear collapsed & the left wing was bent. No injuries.
