Narrative:
I was the r-side on sector 13. Aircraft X was controlled by denver approach. The aircraft departed den on an IFR flight plan. There was weather in approach's airspace and I suspect aircraft X was either deviating or being vectored around the weather. Aircraft X flew north/northeast bound and skimmed the airspace of sector 13 as the aircraft climbed out of 17000. Denver approach never called to point out the aircraft with sector 13 and subsequently violated sector 13's airspace.this situation is not an isolated incident. Sector 13's airspace is routinely violated in this manner. It is rarer to receive a point out than it is to have an airspace violation. It seems apparent that the controllers at denver approach need a refresher on the layout of sectors in ZDV. They also need to be held accountable for violations of the 7110.65.
