Narrative:
Roa, va. IFR flight plan. Clearance given dixxy two departure, 5T, expect 6T in 10 min. Departure 126.9 squawk XXXX. Tower asked if I was familiar with dixxy 2. I replied yes since I was looking at it. There are 2 sids on this page in manual of dixxy 2 at top half page and parte 3 on bottom page. I read (saw) dixxy two at top but did not see parte 3, eg, I flew the parte 3 (wrong one). As I made a left turn after departing runway 24 controller asked if I was flying dixxy two. I replied yes (of course I was not). He said no problem since there was no conflict in traffic on ILS approach for runway 33. I am going to recommend that chart not print but one SID per page which I think is the usual case.
