Narrative:

During takeoff roll [I] noticed the left engine didn't produce take off power and also the temperature was almost red line. I immediately told ATC of my intentions and then they asked what was wrong. I answered that I had problems with my left engine. Initially my analysis was that maybe a 2.5 bleed valve was stuck open; but when maintenance went and checked it was a bleed line that was broken. Later they also found that the pre-cooler was also cracked hence the reason the inlet turbine temperature (itt) was also very high. Later the flight got cancelled.
