Narrative:
I had been cleared to land on runway 3L and was in my flare. The tower controller then cleared a falcon jet holding short of runway 3R on the taxiway between the runways for takeoff. He immediately applied power and the jet blast nearly forced me off the runway. I had to apply power; extend my landing and land long. In my opinion; the controller should have waited a few more seconds before clearing the jet; as the parallel runways are very close at pdk. With all the training flights at pdk; this could have caused an accident.
