Narrative:
West of bxk airport; east of tonopah; I performed basic instrument flying and airwork (stalls) with my student. During the basic instrument flying we already saw two F-16s passing below and in front of us; position approximately 15 DME; radial 360 bxk VOR. We turned south and continued with stalls. The F-16s again passed (I think) behind us well clear a second time. After the recovery from the 5th stall; position approximately bxk R-360; 8NM; an F-16 approached again slightly below us in a wide circle from the left. While in the recovery anyway I took control and further advanced the [power] and increased the climb while the mentioned F-16 passed right below us; approximately 200-300ft. [Suggest] following company procedures; contact with luke approach north of I-10. F-16s should be more alert about general aviation and stay inside designated airspace since those wide circles in 4500ft MSL are clearly not required to transition through the area. Same [goes] for general aviation; stay well clear even of the boundary of the alert area; although this does not apply directly here.
