Narrative:
Controller cleared us into position and hold on runway 6. While waiting for takeoff clearance, an aircraft called 9 mi out on the ILS to runway 6. The controller advised him to continue and stated he was #2 on the approach. Becoming aware of the prolonged delay of our takeoff clearance, as well as the fact that an aircraft (#1 on the approach) must be getting close, I alerted the captain. Before he could answer, an light transport jet crossed over our aircraft by less than 50' and landed in front of us. Landing aircraft told controller we were on runway and a 2ND controller acknowledged, stating 1ST controller realized his mistake and then cleared us for takeoff. Our aircraft is white. 1ST controller was working local as well as ground control by himself. We had 40 people on board.

Narrative: CTLR CLRED US INTO POSITION AND HOLD ON RWY 6. WHILE WAITING FOR TKOF CLRNC, AN ACFT CALLED 9 MI OUT ON THE ILS TO RWY 6. THE CTLR ADVISED HIM TO CONTINUE AND STATED HE WAS #2 ON THE APCH. BECOMING AWARE OF THE PROLONGED DELAY OF OUR TKOF CLRNC, AS WELL AS THE FACT THAT AN ACFT (#1 ON THE APCH) MUST BE GETTING CLOSE, I ALERTED THE CAPT. BEFORE HE COULD ANSWER, AN LTT JET CROSSED OVER OUR ACFT BY LESS THAN 50' AND LANDED IN FRONT OF US. LNDG ACFT TOLD CTLR WE WERE ON RWY AND A 2ND CTLR ACKNOWLEDGED, STATING 1ST CTLR REALIZED HIS MISTAKE AND THEN CLRED US FOR TKOF. OUR ACFT IS WHITE. 1ST CTLR WAS WORKING LCL AS WELL AS GND CTL BY HIMSELF. WE HAD 40 PEOPLE ON BOARD.
