Narrative:
I was awaiting takeoff at S50 runway 34. Several (at runway) 3 training aircraft were in pattern. 2 landed, I pulled into position to start takeoff roll, noticed aircraft taxiing back towards me on sbound taxiway, thought it was the one that just landed. I was busy attempting to get an IFR clearance (on ground) and did not see training aircraft still rolling out on the runway ahead of me. As I broke ground he pulled off runway and stopped with tail nearly at the line near runway. I pulled to the left, he was on the right, to assure ample distance. It was my fault, I thought he had cleared. I attempted to contact pilot to apologize. No luck.

Title: B35 TOOK OFF WHILE ANOTHER ACFT THAT HAD JUST LANDED WAS STILL ON RWY.
Narrative: I WAS AWAITING TKOF AT S50 RWY 34. SEVERAL (AT RWY) 3 TRAINING ACFT WERE IN PATTERN. 2 LANDED, I PULLED INTO POS TO START TKOF ROLL, NOTICED ACFT TAXIING BACK TOWARDS ME ON SBOUND TXWY, THOUGHT IT WAS THE ONE THAT JUST LANDED. I WAS BUSY ATTEMPTING TO GET AN IFR CLRNC (ON GND) AND DID NOT SEE TRAINING ACFT STILL ROLLING OUT ON THE RWY AHEAD OF ME. AS I BROKE GND HE PULLED OFF RWY AND STOPPED WITH TAIL NEARLY AT THE LINE NEAR RWY. I PULLED TO THE L, HE WAS ON THE R, TO ASSURE AMPLE DISTANCE. IT WAS MY FAULT, I THOUGHT HE HAD CLRED. I ATTEMPTED TO CONTACT PLT TO APOLOGIZE. NO LUCK.
