Narrative:
I was working ground and tower controller in charge. Aircraft X landed on runway 23L and started turning onto C4 which was closed. I pointed to the aircraft and told local that the aircraft was turning onto a closed taxiway. Local tried to stop the aircraft but it was too late. Local told the aircraft to pull forward and off the runway. I asked the local controller if the aircraft was off the runway and they said the aircraft reported off the runway. The next aircraft landed and questioned if the aircraft was clear of the runway and I informed the local controller and the facility supervisor.
