Narrative:
BE90 was handed off to denver approach and was routed direct apa at FL230. The aircraft had been apreqed with denver approach; south departure; descending to 130; so 130 was in the database. The aircraft was to enter denver approach south departure airspace. What I did not notice was that the computer had started handing the aircraft to the wrong approach control sector. The aircraft should have handed to s-tags or south departure. The aircraft handed off to I tag; dannd/quail arrivals. This has been an on-going problem that remains unfixed. Aircraft that are at assigned altitudes do not hand off to the right sectors at den approach. I feel this is just an adaptation problem that remains unfixed. I took the hand off back and initiated a hand off to south tags. The aircraft was taken by south departure before the aircraft had entered their airspace. I have previously filed this type of problem four separate times.
