Narrative:
At approximately 100 ft AGL on short final to runway 27 at 22FA (hidden river) a white sedan pulled on to the east end of the runway traveling west turning off the runway. A thunderstorm less than 1/2 mile west of the field made it a difficult choice. I was confident I could land past the vehicle and continued; passing over the car with my right wheel about 10 feet over the car.
