While working up release; noticed winds at destination for runway selection. However overlooked NOTAM stating runway 34L closed for time of arrival. PIC called on land line after arrival in rno to advise me of error. I must have scanned the NOTAM section too fast?

Narrative: WHILE WORKING UP RELEASE; NOTICED WINDS AT DEST FOR RWY SELECTION. HOWEVER OVERLOOKED NOTAM STATING RWY 34L CLOSED FOR TIME OF ARR. PIC CALLED ON LAND LINE AFTER ARR IN RNO TO ADVISE ME OF ERROR. I MUST HAVE SCANNED THE NOTAM SECTION TOO FAST?
