Narrative:

Landed runway 18. On rollout; tower instructed us to turn left on taxiway B5. I had the first officer query the tower if the taxi restriction on B5 had been changed; as the jeppesen chart we were using; chart 10-9 effective september 2016; stated taxiway B5 was restricted to aircraft with a wing span of 117 ft or less; and our aircraft has a wingspan of 125 ft. The tower stated he was not aware of any restrictions; the taxiways had been recently reworked; but he wasn't aware anything had changed. I declined to use taxiway B5; and the controller then instructed us to use the next taxiway or end of runway to turn left. As we were at taxi speed; I elected to turn on the next taxiway; B6. Upon turning on the taxiway; noticed the width of the taxiway was somewhat less than normal. There was a NOTAM from july in our release paperwork stating taxiway B5 was now B6; (and taxiway B6 was now B7; and taxiways B4; and B5 had been commissioned) but since the jeppesen taxiway chart we were using was updated with the current taxiway configuration; and the airport taxiway signage matched the jeppesen taxi chart; I felt that this NOTAM was out of date and did not apply any more. However; after the flight; I was uneasy about what had occurred and after getting some rest; I referenced government taxi charts; and realized that according to those charts; B6 is the taxiway with the wingspan restriction. I believe the jeppesen taxi chart is incorrect; the restriction is for B6; not B5 as depicted.
