Narrative:
It was brought to my attention that some of the wide body belt loaders have had their steps used to climb up on the belt loader relocated from the left to the right side. In doing so this is creating an unsafe situation. After the belt is raised and in position on a wide body. It is extremely dangerous to climb on and off of the belt loader especially during weather events. I am deeply concerned that this will cause a serious injury or worse. I know that we have had fatalities with employees falling off of belt loaders and I do not want to ever see that happen here.
