Narrative:
I was instructed by a supervisor per the new company belt loader policy to remove my belt loader from the cargo pit. This goes directly against the company's safety awareness program that everyone is taught. I am now reaching into my red zone to load my pit instead of allowing the load to come to me. This is going to get someone severely hurt. If this is the new policy why do we even go through 'safety awareness'?
