Narrative:
Air carrier X strayed 15 mi east of arwy (J79) southwest of tyi VOR (which is off the air). Air carrier X was RNAV equipped. Radar controller had 14 aircraft complex situations, didn't see this until air carrier X was 3 mi inside adjacent sector's area (sector 35) west/O a pointout. Just had too many aircraft to be working alone.

Title: ACR X PENETRATED ARTCC SECTOR Y AIRSPACE WITHOUT COORD. OPERATIONAL DEVIATION.
