Narrative:

Aircraft X penetrated adjacent airspace west/O coordination with that facility. Airspace deviation was detected after resolving the sequencing vectors for 8 other aircraft within 18 NM of the airport. Scan of all my airspace was interrupted due to the sequencing and spacing of those 8 aircraft in close proximity to one another. Factors affecting this deviation may be related to concern of spacing/sequencing of arrival traffic. Callback conversation with reporter revealed the following: reporter stated the type aircraft was a cpr light transport. The aircraft entered ZMP airspace. No action was taken to coordinate because the aircraft descended back into reporter's airspace. Reporter did not report incident.
