Narrative:
Aircraft was in for multiple inspections with multiple components removed from the aircraft including the main transmission and hoses. Upon installation; to the best of my ability; of the main transmission in accordance with the aircraft maintenance manual; I forgot to safety the input oil line to fitting on the main transmission. To avoid recurrence of this event I will pay closer attention to detail of work performed in accordance with the maintenance manual.
