Narrative:
I was returning to msp from flying cloud airport on an IFR clearance. I was turned over to the tower with a visibility clearance for runway 11R about 5 mi out. The tower then cleared me to land. About a mi out I observed landing lights from another aircraft approaching runway 4. It appeared to be further out than I. On my rollout and while crossing runway 4 I observed the same aircraft (medium large transport) in a landing flare for runway 4. There was a 15-20 second lapse after I had crossed runway 4 that the other aircraft had passed behind me. I consider this too close with two aircraft in a landing realm with intersecting runways at a controled airport like msp. There were light to moderate rain showers from the south and west that were moving in. There seemed to be a rush to get airplanes in.

Title: PLT COMPLAINS ABOUT AN MLG LNDG TOO CLOSE BEHIND HIM ON AN INTERSECTING RWY.
Narrative: I WAS RETURNING TO MSP FROM FLYING CLOUD ARPT ON AN IFR CLRNC. I WAS TURNED OVER TO THE TWR WITH A VIS CLRNC FOR RWY 11R ABOUT 5 MI OUT. THE TWR THEN CLRED ME TO LAND. ABOUT A MI OUT I OBSERVED LANDING LIGHTS FROM ANOTHER ACFT APCHING RWY 4. IT APPEARED TO BE FURTHER OUT THAN I. ON MY ROLLOUT AND WHILE XING RWY 4 I OBSERVED THE SAME ACFT (MLG) IN A LNDG FLARE FOR RWY 4. THERE WAS A 15-20 SEC LAPSE AFTER I HAD CROSSED RWY 4 THAT THE OTHER ACFT HAD PASSED BEHIND ME. I CONSIDER THIS TOO CLOSE WITH TWO ACFT IN A LNDG REALM WITH INTERSECTING RWYS AT A CTLED ARPT LIKE MSP. THERE WERE LIGHT TO MODERATE RAIN SHOWERS FROM THE S AND W THAT WERE MOVING IN. THERE SEEMED TO BE A RUSH TO GET AIRPLANES IN.
