Narrative:
While attaching the pre-positioned power cord; [the ramp agent] stood at the base of the moving jetbridge pressing the power start button for the ground power cord. This puts them into a position where the jetbridge can run over the employee should they lose situational awareness or fall or trip on the power chord.

Title: Ramp agents reported that the jet bridge power cord cable was handled improperly; activating the power button while the jetbridge was in motion. This placed a Ramp Agent in a hazardous position in front of the jetbridge wheels.
