Narrative:
Upon landing the left wingtip struck the runway while conducting initial IOE. The touchdown rate was normal at approximately 500 feet per minute.a slight crosswind; gusty conditions and imperfect piloting technique were contributing factors. This was the students 4th day of initial training. Wind conditions upon landing were 240@19g23.limit both deck angle and bank angle during landing flare in crosswind/gusty conditions. Student overcorrected with aileron during the last few seconds before touchdown.
