Narrative:
Climbing in mid 30's; amber windshield heat fail/right illuminated and went out twice. At FL360 the right windshield outer pane shattered. Advised ATC we required a return to our departure airport and a lower altitude. We advised ATC of our situation and provided number of souls and fuel. We returned and landed without incident. Systems and components fail. Be ready.

Title: CE-750 Citation pilot reported that during climb the right windshield outer pane shattered. Flight returned to departure airport.
Narrative: Climbing in mid 30's; amber windshield heat fail/R illuminated and went out twice. At FL360 the right windshield outer pane shattered.
