Narrative:
I was in the back taking my rest break (period 2 of 3) when the first officer woke me to say we had lost hydraulic system two. We notified dispatch via ACARS informing them of our situation and that at that point our plan was to continue to destination. On our descent we notified ATC and requested emergency services be standing by to assist. We landed and cleared on the taxiway and held while emergency services checked our landing gear to determine if it was safe to taxi to our ramp. Emergency services observed no hydraulic fluid or smoke in our brake area. With this input we continued to our ramp and parked. We were met by our mechanics where a thorough debrief took place. After blocking-in on our ramp our mechanics observed fluid leaking from the aft lower engine two cowl area. It appears some failure happened in that area.
