Aircraft X crossed swchm at 087 when he should have been at 080.the optimal profile descents need to stop at the 40 NM boundary from atl with ZTL. This way; the A80 controllers will know exactly what the aircraft are doing and can take action if needed to protect adjacent airspace and other aircraft.

Title: A80 TRACON Controller reported an aircraft was 700 feet high at a crossing restriction of a new RNAV Arrival route.
Narrative: Aircraft X crossed SWCHM at 087 when he should have been at 080.The Optimal Profile Descents need to stop at the 40 NM boundary from ATL with ZTL. This way; the A80 controllers will know exactly what the aircraft are doing and can take action if needed to protect adjacent airspace and other aircraft.
