Cruising FL370 in the clear [and] encountered severe mountain wave turbulence. During encounter momentary low speed stick shaker. After landing #2 flight attendant reported an injured shoulder. No other reports of injuries or aircraft cabin damage. After landing noted turbulence in logbook and called maintenance to inform them of the event.
