Narrative:
I was working the final sector. The feeder sector was having an automation issue where the logen arrivals weren't handing off to him and wasn't able to configure that sector to him to take automated tracks. Aircraft X descending via the stonewall 1 arrival was supposed to stop at 12;000 feet. The aircraft continued down to 10;500-10;600 feet before it was seen by anyone. The feeder sector advised him to stop his descent immediately and climb to 11;000 feet.I recommend that we terminate all descend via procedures into atl!!! [We have] documented well over seven hundred cases of aircraft not complying with the descend via procedures in the last three weeks. Management has stopped filing pilot deviations and the air traffic manager; in the numerous all hands meetings; stated;'...I'm not worried about aircraft descending on the long side; the fish finder will separate them...'
