Narrative:
Aircraft X inbound from the east/northeast VFR told to make left 45 for left traffic runway 10R and departed aircraft Y runway 10R departing on [the ZZZ departure] heading 329 and told them to start their turn early to avoid traffic conflict for aircraft X . Gave traffic calls to both aircraft and both aircraft approximately three miles north of field had each other in sight. Aircraft Y told approach/departure they had a RA on their TCAS and aircraft X landed without incident.only recommendation for myself would be to delay the left turn heading 329 for aircraft Y IFR for practice approaches.
