Narrative:
Walking across the drive lane I would have been hit by a speeding vehicle; if I wasn't aware of the dangers. A ramp tractor was driving from [one gate to another]. All vehicles need to stop before proceeding. The area they pass through is dark and has 3 vehicle exits from the left and vehicle parked on the right. This is a [busy] foot traffic area and major drive through area as well.
