Narrative:
Before taxi we broadcasted on CTAF our position; intentions and destination on the field. We taxied to runway 12 for departure because winds were 110 degrees at 5 knots and favoring it. Upon reaching runway 12 after a 6 minute taxi we broadcasted again our position before entering runway to depart eastbound.before entering runway 12 and confirming clear of traffic on both sides we began our take off roll. Still no other aircraft was seen or heard on CTAF. At rotation; we noticed lights at the opposite end of the runway. As we flew over the end of the runway we saw an aircraft that appeared to be clearing the runway.
