Narrative:
A teen unaccompanied minor (um) boarded with paperwork from a doctor saying he had small seizures but they weren't anything to worry about; to not divert if passenger went into episodes. We thought this was strange because he was talking about his [previous] flight; and how medlink had been contacted that flight and he had 'ruined' everyone's vacation. This scared me. I didn't know why he was being allowed to fly; and especially fly unaccompanied!the passenger passed out at least 7 times during the flight; and had at least 3 seizures. Two times he passed out cold onto our B flight attendant. He was foaming at the mouth; throwing up; and seizing. These were not tiny episodes; they were full on seizures. The doctor's note he carried said they were 'stress' seizures. All I know is; he should not be flying alone or have a doctor's note saying he was fine to fly. This patient should not be allowed to fly on any airline again; especially as a um. His paperwork from a md said he would be fine to fly and this passenger had 3 horrible seizures over a 4 hour period resulting in us calling medlink; involving two onboard md's and two flight attendants. His body blocked both the lavatories and the back galley for almost the entire flight.
