Narrative:
It was a very sudden and severe turbulence. I was preparing for drink service in business class galley while my two co-workers were doing hot towels in the aisles. All of a sudden; the airplane experienced severe turbulence and I fell onto the floor. At that time; a passenger came from the 2L lavatory and was trying to go back to his seat. We yelled and asked him to sit on the floor. He and I sat on the floor in the business class galley until it was safe to get up. We then heard the pilot announced; 'flight attendants check in.' then we checked on each other and found that flight attendants worked in first and business class had injuries. Those who worked in economy class were sitting down during the turbulence hit and had no injury. Another passenger said he was in 2R lavatory during the turbulence. He fell on his knees and his left knee was hurt.
