Narrative:
Just outside the atl TCA, I contacted atl approach. I was told to stand by. 1 min later I called again and was told to squawk XXXX. I advised ATC of my position, altitude, aircraft is mode C equipped, and destination (peachtree airport). The frequency was relatively quiet. A little later they called and said that I was in a dangerous position relative to incoming traffic from the south. All traffic was in sight. They advised a heading of 360 degrees for my descent and I so complied. Later I requested a turn toward peachtree airport. They said hold 360 degree heading a little longer. Finally a turn to destination. There seemed to be a conflict. Upon contact I made my requests very clear. I was issued an transponder code, but they seemed indifferent. Then later accused me of violating the TCA. It was my intention to transverse the TCA legally and safely.

Title: GA SMA UNAUTH PENETRATION OF ATL TCA.
Narrative: JUST OUTSIDE THE ATL TCA, I CONTACTED ATL APCH. I WAS TOLD TO STAND BY. 1 MIN LATER I CALLED AGAIN AND WAS TOLD TO SQUAWK XXXX. I ADVISED ATC OF MY POS, ALT, ACFT IS MODE C EQUIPPED, AND DEST (PEACHTREE ARPT). THE FREQ WAS RELATIVELY QUIET. A LITTLE LATER THEY CALLED AND SAID THAT I WAS IN A DANGEROUS POS RELATIVE TO INCOMING TFC FROM THE S. ALL TFC WAS IN SIGHT. THEY ADVISED A HDG OF 360 DEGS FOR MY DSCNT AND I SO COMPLIED. LATER I REQUESTED A TURN TOWARD PEACHTREE ARPT. THEY SAID HOLD 360 DEG HDG A LITTLE LONGER. FINALLY A TURN TO DEST. THERE SEEMED TO BE A CONFLICT. UPON CONTACT I MADE MY REQUESTS VERY CLEAR. I WAS ISSUED AN XPONDER CODE, BUT THEY SEEMED INDIFFERENT. THEN LATER ACCUSED ME OF VIOLATING THE TCA. IT WAS MY INTENTION TO TRANSVERSE THE TCA LEGALLY AND SAFELY.
